Our Company’s original hand prepared recipes use the freshest ingredients possible to create products with a high fruit content ranging between 58-74% for the enjoyment of those who love the flavour of real fruit. Making it is like bottling summer to enjoy later. Strawberry & Grand Marnier was our first flavour and remains our most popular preserve! We currently have seven flavours of jam:
Strawberry and Grand Marnier (available in 130g & 245g jars)
Using only Prince Edward Island Strawberries, we have created a high in Strawberry flavour product, complemented by the addition of Grand Marnier Liqueur. You can taste summer! Texture: Smooth
Black Currant - Good morning sunshine! (available in 250g jars)
This very flavorful berry and the use of little sugar are sure to wake your mouth up any time of day. Quite tart! Texture: Smooth
Wild Blueberry and Raspberry with Champagne (available in 240g jars)
A favourite among our customers. Two of the world’s most favourite flavours together with Champagne to compliment is ambrosia in a jar. Texture: Smooth

Raspberry and Champagne (available in 135g & 230g jars)
This one bursts of fresh raspberry flavour, only to be enhanced further by the addition of Champagne. Texture: Loose/Smooth
Wild Blueberry and Lemon (available in 135g & 230g jars)
This recipe has the least amount of sugar and the freshest taste. The fresh lemon and the fresh mint work to enhance the flavour of Wild Blueberries. Texture: Loose/Smooth
